The opening race of the NASA season wasn’t the usual race. No, it was a 3 hour endurance race. If you recall last year’s MPRA season closed with a 3 hour endurance race, that brought out such teams as Snow Racing and eventual 24 Hours of Daytona GT Class winners Magnus Racing. This race brought out some competition, but the field was far smaller.
An interesting battle developed between this S2000 and this M3. The expectation was for the M3 to finish behind the Porsches running, but such was not the case. The S2000 battled, and exerted its dominance over the M3. The E92 eventually headed to the garage mid-race, but returned to finish it out.
Snow Racing came out with a shiny, new GT3 Cup car…
…And it was fast.
In the end the Snows took the win, which came as no surprise because they are INSANELY fast. We’re looking forward to the next race, and the Fall Enduro especially.
