It’s a solo Dear Leader episode today, because the ISS/Salt City Drift 2 Day took its toll on us. ANYWAY
Mike thanks everyone who made the ISS recording happen, because the made it happen. He also thanks everyone who came by, and who has listened to the episode. It really means a lot that you guys listened, or came by and said hi. You guys rule!
He also talks about the FCA-Renault megrer going bust on the same day an FCA big wig files a Whistle Lawsuit against FCA. QUITE THE COINCIDENCE.

The fine folks at ISS thought it would be a good idea to let us record a live podcast there, and… we’ll let you decide about that.
Mike, Dave, Zack, and occasionally Joey run through some news briefly, while occasionally yelling at passers by and being interrupted by Pizza Occasional Guest and a kid on a mountain bike. They’re then joined by Jerry Carson, live and in person, and his mom!
It was an awesome time, and we can’t wait to have another live episode!

Every year Import Spring Showoff grows. And after a contentious break up with their previous venue, the move we all wanted to see came to fruition: the show made its way to Utah Motorsports Campus, and took on a motorsports festival vibe, inline with Gridlife or Hyperfest.
There were ride alongs with NASA Utah drivers, and Take Luck and NVG drifters. There were tons of food trucks, vendor booths, and most importantly…
Doggos. Check out the massive gallery Dave shot, and realize that you’ve gotta make it out next year!

This past weekend there was either a car show, or the apocalypse. All depends on how your social media saw the weekend’s storms. I saw it as a car show, because at 8am (ish) I was in the parking lot of the Maverick Center watching the staff setup this year’s Import Spring Showoff. Despite the previous day’s weather, a ton of people showed up for the show. We saw a wide breadth of what the Utah scene has to offer. There will be some highlights coming later, but in the meantime enjoy this gallery.
